| - - - What if I don’t find the letter template that I need once I sign up? |
If you cannot find the letter template you are looking for relative to your membership category, provide us with the details of what you wish to convey in your letter and our writing department will design and post it to the site, all inclusive of your membership fee.
In "Member Home" area you can request the composition of a new template by clicking on "Special Letter Request." You will find a form to complete where you provide us with the details of what you wish to convey in the letter. (content restrictions apply)

No, only paid members have the privilege of requesting the composition of a new letter template.

| - - New Template Requests - How do members request desgin of a new template? |
1. Login to your account and in the "Member Area" you will find a "Special Letter Request" link. Click on this link to take you to the Letter Request form.
2. Choose a category
3. Provide letter description details which include:
..... Brief description of the intent of your letter (why you are writing the letter)
..... Details of what you wish to convey in your letter.
..... The type of individual who will be the recipient.
4. Then click on "Submit Letter Request"
5. If there are existing letter templates that resemble your request, a pop-up window will alert you to this and ask you to review those templates first to ensure that they don’t already match your criteria. Click on OK.
6. Review the letter templates that will be listed.
7. If you have not found the template you are looking for in those templates, then click on "Send Letter Request Now"
8. A message will appear advising that your request has been sent.
* ONE LETTER IN THE QUEUE AT A TIME - Only one letter request in the writing queue at a time is permitted. Multiple requests will not be honored.
* CONTENT RESTRICTIONS - refer to the User Agreement for content restrictions that will apply. Also, review "Writing Services Not Offered" below.

| - - New Template Requests - How many new templates I can request? |
The intent of your Library Online membership is to give you access to the huge selection of existing templates and to the new templates which are added to the database on an ongoing basis. Requesting the composition of a new template to a category is an ‘accommodation only’ service to your membership, not the sole purpose of it. The frequency and number of special writing requests is strictly monitored. Though this special writing service was designed to accommodate a member with only one new template, the maximum that has ever been allowed during any one membership term is three. Library Online will not permit excessive use of this special writing privilege from any member and reserves the right to decline those new letter requests it deems to be in excess of this “accommodation” service.

No, there is no additional charge for requesting a special letter template. Our writing department will design and post it to the site all inclusive of your membership fee.

Multiple Letter Requests all at once will not be honored. Only one letter request in the writing queue at a time is permitted from a member.

| - - New Template Requests - What is the turn-around time? |
Library Online strives for a very quick turn-around time with new letter templates. Generally, new templates are designed and posted to the site within 3 to 5 business days from the date the request is received, however, the number of requests in the queue at the time of receipt ultimately dictates the turn-around time. Therefore, specific completion times cannot be guaranteed.
Members are contacted by email as soon as their new letter template is posted on the site.
